Services include but are not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, and related masonry work. All work is performed on a contract basis and is subject to a written agreement between the client and Lemon Grove Masonry before work begins.
Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. An estimate reflects the scope of work as observed during the site visit and is based on information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not final contracts.
Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or contract before work begins. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project, or if the client requests additions or modifications. Any changes to the original scope will be communicated to the client in writing before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability and project backlog at the time of contract signing. Lemon Grove Masonry will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon start dates, but does not guarantee specific start dates due to factors including weather, supplier delays, or other active projects.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible by calling (619) 378-2077 or emailing projects@lemongrovemasonry.com. Cancellation terms for projects already under a signed contract are set out in the individual project agreement.
Payment terms are specified in the individual project contract. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods are listed in the project contract.
Invoices not paid within the timeframe specified in the project contract may be subject to late fees as permitted under California law. Lemon Grove Masonry reserves the right to pause or cease work on a project if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed terms.
Lemon Grove Masonry stands behind the quality of its work. Specific warranty terms are outlined in individual project contracts and vary by service type. Warranties cover defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. They do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to seismic activity, flooding, soil movement, acts of nature, or modifications made by third parties after project completion.
Material warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer of the materials used and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemon Grove Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or from services rendered. Our total liability to any customer for claims arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific project.
